Klosterhaugen Guesthouse (Gjestehus) is an 300 years old traditional wooden house from 1704. 

Retro, fair, clean, kind, cheap and with a perfect location.

Located in a park within walking distance to all main attractions.

- The rooms have double or twin beds. Towels and linen included. Shared bathroom downstairs

- Tea, coffe and dishware in all rooms. We do not serve breakfast.

- Two old bicycles available for free

- Free Wi-Fi  internet access

One of the  rooms is a spacious 1-room apartment with lounge area, private kitchen and dining area. plus a shared bathroom. Cable TV. Can be combined with more bedrooms.

 

RATES

Double rooms from NOK 500 per night, from NOK 400 when used as a single room.

The 1-room apartment from NOK 700 per night, from NOK 600 for single use.

1. The blue arrow is where the house is located.

2. The blue circle marks SAS Hotel Norge, which is where you leave the airport bus.

3. The blue square marks the railway station. (and the bus station nearby).Just outside the railway station is Kaigaten, just follow this road all the way to Klosterhaugen, (don’t mind that the roadname will change, just keep the direction) where you will see a park to the right with the statue of writer Amalie Skram. (See the picture on the top). Walk to the end of the row of houses in the park, and there it is. 

4. The blue cross marks the harbour for the boats from the fjords and from Stavanger.
